All Day Dining Restaurant
Our Classic restaurant is offering indoor and alfresco dining in a relaxed poolside setting, just a splash away from the sea. Our guests can enjoy attractive á la carte and buffet options – a culinary journey around the world with our themed nights and revitalizing detox menu. After the restaurant’s renovation in 2020, a “show cooking” concept was implemented, where tempting dishes are prepared right in front of each guest, as per his liking and wishes. Complementing our philosophy of healthy lifestyle, the restaurant serves a selection of healthy, vegan and dietary options, prepared by using carefully selected local and international produce and ingredients.

To complete the dining experience in our Restaurant we have prepared Wine List representing the hidden treasures of Bulgarian wineries, the tradition of wine making in Bulgaria and selection of wines from around the world.
Lobby Bar
With classic, cozy and warm interiors, the Lobby Bar at Grand Hotel Pomorie offers selection of hot and cold beverage creations, as well as imported spirits and classic alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. Our Lobby Bar is the perfect place to start your day with aromatic espresso or hot Turkish coffee, served with Turkish delight, as well as to enjoy quiet time with a bubbly before dinner or finish the evening with tasty digestive.

In the rainy and cold days the service from the bar “Under the Bridge” transforms into Healthy Beverage Menu (non-alcoholic beverages only), offering rejuvenating and relaxing beverage experience in our SPA.
Our menu, inspired by the alchemy of food, based on the creative energies of the four elements – earth, air, water and fire, offers infused Kangen water options with anti-aging and detox properties, as well as a wide selection of teas, each with different health benefit, as per the guest needs – chakra healing, detox, relax, tonus, stimulation of the concentration or the immune system.  Additionally freshly squeezed juices, homemade lemonades, lactose and sugar free coffee specialties, isotonic and vitamin waters are served to meet the preferences of every single guest.

Grand Hotel Pomorie has always been associated with first-class medical and spa services. The direct access to the healing mud from the Pomorie Lake, the lye treatments and the pool with salt mineral water have long been known to our guests and have become our trademark. In 2020, we made a complete renovation of our medical spa center. We have invested a lot of energy, money and love to turn it into a place that impresses with design and gives the sense of health, harmony and relaxation to our guests.

The mud therapies offered in GRAND HOTEL POMORIE possess strong anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties and are at the same time improving the metabolism. The lime is suitable for treating knee pains, coxofemoral joints, as well as back and spinal pains. One of the unique properties of the Pomorie salt lake mud is the positive effect it has on the reproductive system of the human organism, especially in the treatment of sterility.
The mud treatment center offers 18 individual compartments for mud procedures, and one double. The mud is delivered to the center directly from the Pomorie salt lake, using a specially designed pipeline system for transferring mud.

Compresses with lye possess a distinctive anti-inflammatory, pain relieving effect, especially in the back area, the knees, the shoulder joints and the hands. In order to successfully apply those treatments, GRAND HOTEL POMORIE is equipped with the latest in the world of technology.

The center for physiotherapy is located on the second floor of GRAND HOTEL POMORIE. There are several rooms, equipped to offer low, high and ultrahigh frequency current treatments, which offer
anti-inflammatory and pain relieving procedures, suitable for treating joint pains, otitis, sinusitis, tooth pains, stimulation of damaged muscular tissues and others.
The expensive high tech equipment of the center offers laser and puva therapy, which add to the uniqueness of the spa complex. Laser therapy is used where an anti-inflammatory and pain relieving effect is required, by using a laser beam for treatment. It is suitable for treating inflammatory conditions of joints, muscles and tendons. In addition, it can be used for cosmetic procedures.

Puva therapy offers sector “A” ultraviolet light exposure, which has an extremely favorable effect over skin regeneration. It is mainly used for treating psoriasis.
Magnetotherapy has an extremely powerful anti-inflammatory and pain relieving effect in treating conditions of the skeletal and muscular systems, post-fractural conditions and diseases of the peripheral nervous system.

Transcomtherapy, or Hydrocolontherapy, is a newly developed and extremely useful procedure for hydrotherapy of the colon, using water and water based solutions, using high-tech equipment. The aim of this therapy is to separate persistent and old accumulations on the colons surface, caused by modern processed food consumption.
By undergoing this therapy, our guests will overcome the feeling of tiredness, depression, lack of concentration, nervous conditions, aggression, migraine and skin inflammations. The therapy is extremely favorable for people with prostatic gland disorders, ovitis, intestine disorders, gas, liver diseases, kidney diseases, dry skin, eczemas, allergies, as well as a preventive measure against cancer of the colon.
